17 miles into Red Rock vehicle in ditch/92 black and brown Jeep/no injuries/he went to Hidalgo County to make the report. Deputy advised negative contact x 4.

Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
A named female is a severe child molester and has children/they need to be questioned immediately about the abuse/she also goes by an alias. Call center replied several times with questions but other did not respond to the tip line anymore.

Caller advised her daughter had an ambulance last night sent to her room ref a seizure, but was not transported by EMS. Deputies made contact with female/she is okay.

Missing persons
Silver City area
Caller advised his 66-year-old aunt left Brownsville, Texas for Silver City/last spoke to her yesterday/she has health issues/will be in a 2010 Ford Explorer/she is not answering her phone.

Iron Bridge Road – Cliff
Caller advised she is a provider at HMS and a 58-year-old patient advised she was depressed and has not been back for her second COVID-19 shot and will not answer the phone. Deputies advised made contact with female and she is okay and did receive her second shot.

Larceny
Agua Blanca – Hurley
Caller advised her daughter was in her residence and took her phone and some money from her/about $150.

Reckless driver
W. Highway 180 and W. Market Street
A small red pickup is swerving all over the roadway/it pulled off onto Pope Street and into the True Value parking lot. Officer had contact with vehicle in front of Auto Zone.

Chamisa Drive – Lower Mimbres – 5:20 p.m.
Caller advised he was supposed to get his kids back for a birthday/he last spoke to the mother around 10 a.m. today and has not heard from her since. Deputy advised made contact with mother and children and they are okay/they are with the grandmother.

Unattended death
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised her 89-year-old father just passed away/they do not want to do CPR on him. EMS1 advised patient is deceased/OMI is en route/cancel Terrazas and send Baca's.

Domestic disturbance
E and 5th streets – Hurley
Caller advised she could hear an altercation between neighbors/caller does not know who lives at the residence. Deputies advised negative contact with anything/did speak . . .

Game and Fish
Coyote Canyon Drive – Silver City
Caller advised he has a rattlesnake on his porch and needs it disposed of. Removed and disposed of a rattlesnake that was found at the resident's home on a bench.

Larceny
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised he just got into a fight with his girlfriend/she took his credit card and is refusing to give it back/she left 30 minutes ago. Deputy advised spoke with both parties and handled the matter/units clear.

Breaking and entering
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised it appears someone attempted to break into the property last night/can see where they attempted forced entry. Deputies advised everything is okay.

Accident-property damage
Highway 180 – MM 106 (4 miles west of Truck Bypass Junction)
Caller advised they witnessed a motorcycle accident/male is up and walking around but his arm is bleeding/male advised he is okay and does not require medical. Deputy out with male/request ambulance/minor scrapes to left arm and back/area is bleeding slightly. EMS2 advised signed refusal.

Criminal trespass warning
Chalcocite Court – Tyrone
Wants a CTW put on a named male who was at his house earlier/caller does not trust him. Deputy made contact with the male and issued him a CTW to the address/made contact with caller.

Domestic disturbance
Broken Arrow Drive – Silver Acres
Caller advised her renters are fighting/male just left in a gold SUV/female left in a gold car after him/she is also yelling at people in the roadway. Deputy went traffic with Ford Escape at Mountain View and Ridge Road.

Harassment
70 Truck Bypass – Peaceful Trailer park
Caller advised her neighbor keeps spying and harassing her. Deputy advised will be clear/spoke with caller/mental issues/will be clear.

Welfare check
Mountain View Road
Deputy advised will be clear/everything is okay/spoke with male advising he had just woken up.

Welfare check
Kirkland Road and Escobedo Lane
Female threw a rock at caller's vehicle. Deputies had contact with a female at Kirkland and Flury.

Missing persons
Rosedale Road
17-year-old daughter.

Welfare check
Grant County
Caller advised his 20-year-old male friend is in an unknown location and is suicidal/he is driving a white Chevrolet Sonic/last suicide attempt was in April of 2021.
