A new exhibit will be opening on January 4 in the Mimbres Region Art Council gallery in the Wells Fargo Bank building  featuring the photography of local FeVa Fotos photographers Sandy Feutz and Tom Vaughan. "Celebrate Silver" is the theme for this show and features many never-shown-before photographs of local events, people, places and more.

 

The public is cordially invited to an opening reception from 3:30 till 4:30 on Friday, January 4. The reception will feature hot spiced cider, some tasty finger foods and an explanation by the photographers of their new offerings in photography.

 

FeVa Fotos photographers Sandy Feutz and Tom Vaughan are members of the Mimbres Region Art Council, Grant County Art Guild and San Vicente Artists. Their framed photography and popular photo cards can be seen at area galleries and other venues. Both photographers have placed in local juried art shows and had their photography shown in publications with national distribution. Prior to coming to Silver City their work was shown in galleries and art shows in Durango, Cortez and Mancos, Colorado.

 

The FeVa Fotos "Celebrate Silver" exhibit will be available for viewing during regular Mimbres Region Art Council office hours from 9 am through 4 pm , Tuesday through Friday and ending January 31.
