Logan, NM – Ute Lake State Park visitors enjoy fishing and camping at this park, and this weekend they'll be treated to a Chuck Wagon Cook-Off sponsored by the Canadian River Renegades on Saturday, April 26, 2014.

Gates will be open and chuck wagons will start cooking early Saturday morning and delicious grub will be served promptly at noon. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased from the Canadian River Renegades on Saturday at the park. Entrance fees do not apply to visitors who are attending this event. The event will be held at the baseball field at the park entrance.

The Canadian River Renegades is a non-profit organization and proceeds from this event will go towards college scholarships within the local community.
