Las Cruces: The New Mexico Department of Transportation along with representatives from G. Sandoval Construction will be in attendance to discuss the project status for the US 70/N. Main Street project in Las Cruces. The NMDOT and the contractor will cover the project progress, timeline, traffic control and any other elements related to the sequence of work that will be performed.

The contractor has extended the traffic control devises along with concrete wall barriers on US70/N. Main Street from Chestnut to Madrid Street intersection, just south of Solano Drive. Motorists will continue to encountering lane, and 10 foot width restrictions for both east and westbound traffic. The project is progressing as planned with a portion of the utility work being completed, along with a new surface for the inner lanes. Additional information will be discussed and shared at the meeting, and we are encouraging the public to attend.
