Great photo and video opportunities of 17 New Mexico High Schools competing in a heated culinary "throw down" competition and restaurant concept management competition! They compete for a total of 2 million dollars in college scholarships!

When: April 1st, 2015 - Best photo and video ops begin at 10:30 to 11:30 am for the culinary teams. The restaurant management competition starts at 9:15 am. Winners will be announced by 5:00 pm.
