We have modified the application for the municipal conservation program on the AWSA website: http://nmawsa.org/announcements/municipal-water-conservation-grant-application-2015/view. A formatting error was corrected on the first page. On the second page, "Regional Project" was added to the evaluation criteria to be used in the event that funding requests exceed available funds. This additional criterion reflects the Interstate Stream Commission's preference for regional projects.
