(ALBUQUERQUE, NM) - JACO Environmental, Inc, the third-party contractor that manages the PNM Refrigerator Recycling Program, has suddenly ceased operations of all programs, including the PNM Refrigerator Recycling Program. PNM is aware of this sudden situation, and we are working diligently on a solution.

Waiting on a check? If your refrigerator or freezer has been picked up but you have not received the check, please email us at EnergyEfficiencyPrograms&Rebates@pnm.com. We are working to ensure all checks are issued in a timely fashion; however, there may be a delay beyond our regular processing time as we assess the status of the program.

Already scheduled a pick-up? At this point, all scheduled pick-ups have been cancelled. Please do not leave refrigerators or freezers outside. Once the program resumes, you will have to reschedule your pick-up.

Need a pick-up? Unfortunately we can't schedule any new pick-ups at this time. If you need to schedule a pick-up, please check back soon. If you need to have the unit removed immediately, contact your city's solid waste department for disposal options.
