Others on the call today included: Hal Quinn, CEO of the National Mining Association, Kathleen Sgamma, President of the Western Energy Alliance and Gregory Conrad, Executive Director of the Interstate Mining Compact Commission.

The House Committee on Natural Resources could take up the issue to repeal the BLM rule as early as next week. NMBC will keep you updated on the progress of this important initiative.
