"The First Amendment rights of New Mexicans would be jeopardized if Governor Martinez chooses to supportS.B. 96," said Luke Hilgemann, Americans for Prosperity's Chief Executive Officer. "If allowed to become law, this anti-free speech measure would effectively silence citizens and expose them to potential intimidation and harassment for speaking out on issues they strongly believe in. We respectfully urge Governor Martinez to support the First Amendment and reject S.B. 96."

Americans for Prosperity (AFP) exists to recruit, educate, and mobilize citizens in support of the policies and goals of a free society at the local, state, and federal level, helping every American live their dream - especially the least fortunate.
