ALBUQUERQUE – Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham today announced the promotion of two staff members to serve as Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff.

"I am pleased to congratulate my hard-working staff on their promotions," Rep. Lujan Grisham said. "I am confident they will continue to be passionate public servants and effective leaders as our team advocates for and serves the people of New Mexico."

Natalie Armijo has been promoted to Chief of Staff. An Albuquerque native with deep roots in New Mexico, Armijo started working for Michelle in May 2015 as her Deputy Chief of Staff. Prior to joining Rep. Lujan Grisham, she worked as a Communications Specialist and Team Lead for Sandia National Laboratories for four years. She holds an MBA from the University of New Mexico and a bachelor's degree in Communications & Journalism and Spanish from UNM as well.

Nathan Schelble will serve as Deputy Chief of Staff. Schelble was first hired by Rep. Lujan Grisham in 2013 and previously served as her Legislative Correspondent, Legislative Assistant, and most recently as her Legislative Director. He earned his MPP from the University of Virginia's Batten School and a bachelor's degree in Government from UVA as well.
