Monday, 18 June 2018, Highway 70, Las Cruces, is scheduled to be blocked one time at 12:10 p.m. for approximately 1 hour and should be lifted at 1:10 p.m.. This block will be located at Red Block (top of ST. Augustin Pass) and Yellow Block (White Sands National Monument). Nike Ave, LC Gate and Owen Road will also be affected.

Interstates:

I-10, Mile Marker 84 to 100, Deming 1101630
FNF Construction, INC. (Contractor) will continue with final striping and rumble strip application along Interstate 10. Multiple lane closures will be in effect on both the westbound and eastbound lanes. Motorists are asked to reduce speed, obey posted signs, use extreme caution, and be cautious of personnel in the area. Hours of operation will be from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., seven days a week. Construction is expected to be completed by July 2018.
 
I-25, Mile Marker 154 to 157.839, Lemitar CN 1100660
Mountain States Constructors, Inc. (Contractor) is continuing with bridge replacement and roadway reconstruction on Interstate 25 in Socorro Co. Traffic is being diverted from northbound driving lanes to southbound driving lanes to begin the next phase of the project. A 12' width restriction will be in effect throughout the project. Hours of operation will be from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2018.

I-10, Mile Marker 2.5 to 22, Lordsburg
MWI, Inc. (Contractor) will begin installation of the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). Traffic can expect intermittent lane closures and shoulder work in the area. Hours of operation will be from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2018.

I-10 Business Loop, Deming
MWI, Inc. (Contractor) will begin installation of the Lighting project along Pine Street to exit 85 ramp. Traffic can expect intermittent lane closures and shoulder work in the area. Hours of operation will be from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2018.

US Roadways:

US 70, N Main, Solano, 3 Crosses, Mile Markers 149.2 to 149.5, Las Cruces LC000120
AUI, Inc. (Contractor) is currently completing roadway reconstruction on US 70 / Solano Dr. Traffic on US 70/N Main Street will have a lane closure on the eastbound lane, Solano will have a lane closure on the southbound lane. Construction will be from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 5 days a week, and is scheduled to be completed by summer 2018.

US 70/N Main St. at Camino Del Rex, Las Cruces
Morrow Enterprises, Inc. (Contractor) will begin signal light and drainage work along the northbound shoulder of N. Main St. at Camino Del Rex. Traffic may encounter a lane drop and shoulder work in the area. Hours of operation will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

State Roadways:

NM 15 "Pinos Altos," Mile Marker 0 to 1.21, Silver CityCN1100810
TLC Construction (Contractor) will be reconstructing the roadway, installing curb and gutter, sidewalk and bike lanes. NM 15 from HWY 180 to the 32nd street interchange will have one-way traffic only. Ranch Club Road is closed to through traffic at Ranch Club\PA Road intersection while the contractor is reconstructing the intersection. Detours will be in place and traffic is asked to reduce speed and use caution, seek an alternate route if possible. Contractor's hours of operation will be from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday; closures and traffic control shall remain in place 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Construction is scheduled to be completed by spring of 2019.

NM 136 "Pete V Domenici Hwy," Mile Marker 0.448 to 9.168, Santa Teresa E100081,82,83
FNF Construction, INC. (Contractor) continues with roadway reconstruction, roadway rehabilitation, bridge rehabilitation, signalization & lighting along NM 136 the Pete V Domenici Intl. Hwy. Traffic will encounter lane closures as well as detours with an 11' width restriction in effect throughout the project. Northbound and southbound traffic will be on the northbound lanes with single lanes in both directions divided by temporary concrete wall barrier. They will remain in this configuration until the next phase change in July. Contractor's hours of operation will be from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday; lane closures and traffic control shall remain in place 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

NM 498 "Racetrack Drive" Mile Marker 0.600 to 0.900, Sunland Park CN E100140
Hasse Contracting Co., Inc. (Contractor) will continue with bridge replacement and roadway reconstruction. NM 498 will be closed from Doniphan Drive to Futurity Drive; detour is in place on Sunland Park Drive. The Contractor's hours of operation will be from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Construction is scheduled to be completed by winter 2018.

NM 273 "McNutt Road" Mile Marker 0 - 3, Sunland Park
Constructors, Inc. (Contractor) will begin with roadway reconstruction, rehabilitation, signalization & lighting along NM 273 "McNutt Rd". Traffic may encounter temporary lane closures throughout the project while preliminary work begins. The contractor's hours of operation will be from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2019.

Chip Sealing Operations:
The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) will be performing "Chip Sealing" with Brooming and Fog Sealing operations in Sierra & Dona Ana Co. Speed limit will be reduced, no center stripe and loose gravel on roadway. Traffic will encounter lane drops with pilot car and flagging operations.

NM 390 "Carriage Hills Rd" mile post 0 - 2.2, Salem
NM 436 "Loma Parda Rd" mile post .8 to 3.6

Special Events
Southwest Horseman's Association Rodeo
James Hamilton Construction Company will have nightly lane closures on Highway 180 east bound driving lane (right) from mile post 115 to 117 due to released rodeo traffic. Closures will be in effect till Saturday June 16 with hours of operation from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Walking Sands Rest Area at milepost 167 northbound and southbound will be closed from 3:00 a.m. till 5:00 a.m. on June 16 for power outages.
Las Cruces Projects – City of Las Cruces:
Arroyo Road
From Red Hawk Golf Road to Sonoma Ranch Blvd will be closed to through traffic. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed and follow detours around the construction zone.


Brownlee Avenue
From Second Street to Third Street will be closured to through traffic. Access to residents will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.

Church Street
From Bowman Avenue to Griggs Street will have one lane closured to traffic. Access to businesses will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.

Dona Ana Road
From Karen Avenue to Fred Way is closured to traffic. Access to businesses and residents will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.

Eagle Ridge Drive
Open to through traffic.

Fourth Street
From Picacho Avenue to W Hadley Avenue will be closured to through traffic. Access to businesses and residents will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.

Harrelson Street
From Union Avenue to W Conway Avenue will be closured to through traffic. Access to businesses and residents will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.

Highridge Street
Open to through traffic.

Second Street
From Picacho Avenue to W Hadley Avenue will be closured to through traffic. Access to businesses will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.

Solarridge Drive
From Mars Avenue to Columbia Avenue will be closed to through traffic. Access to residents will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed through the construction zone and should proceed with caution.

Water Street
From Bowman Avenue to Griggs Street will have the west lane closured to traffic. Access to businesses will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed, follow the posted detour routes around the construction zone, and should proceed with caution.
