The three-day western-themed food and wine event, sponsored by Texas-based A Bar N Ranch, will take place August 24 – 26, 2018. The festival will offer guests the best in Wagyu beef, fine wines and western hospitality with food samplings, live music, country dancing and a deluxe Sunday Brunch.

The weekend will bring together renowned winemakers and some of Angel Fire's finest chefs for a western three-day wine and food experience.

"This is the perfect way to relax on one of the last weekends of the summer. Enjoy sampling the best in Wagyu Beef from Texas-based A Bar N Ranch and an afternoon Wine Walk that offers stunning views of Wheeler Peak," explains Ruth Worden, marketing manager, Angel Fire Resort. "Pick up tips on how to pair wine with food and the tastiest ways to serve up the best in Wagyu beef."

The weekend will kick off with a live concert on Friday night in Frontier Park with a VIP section offering culinary treats and wine samples, for an additional ticket.

Saturday night tickets are available for the Boots, Boogie and BBQ, a country-themed concert and dancing event, at the Angel Fire Resort Country Club. The weekend will come to a close with Sunday's Bloody Good Bacon Brunch.

Saturday:
Wine Walk 1-4 p.m. at the Country Club
Boots Boogie and BBQ 6-11 p.m. at the Country Club

Sunday:
Bloody Good Bacon Brunch 11a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Country Club

LODGING SPECIAL:
Book the Wine & Wagyu Weekend Package starting at $299 for two people. This package includes access for two to the Friday Night VIP Tasting from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Cool Summer Nights Concert in Frontier Park and the Saturday Wine & Wagyu Walk from 1-4 p.m. at the Country Club. Minimum two night stay required. Must be 21 years of age to participate.
