march11 womeninle socialmediaA team of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies has organized a recruiting event in Albuquerque focused on women interested in public safety careers.

On March 11, 2019, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Sid Cutters Pilots' Pavilion, Balloon Fiesta Park, the FBI, U.S. Marshals Service, New Mexico State Police, Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department, Albuquerque Police Department, and Rio Rancho Police Department will be available to answer questions about law enforcement careers.

Doors will open at 4 p.m. 

The event is titled, "A Powerful Force: Women in Law Enforcement."

A panel of female law enforcement professionals will provide insight into what it's like to work in local, state, and federal law enforcement. 

The free event will include displays and recruitment booths from the various agencies.

No prior registration is required, but seating may be limited.
