ALBUQUERQUE – August 21, 2019 –True Health Diagnostics, LLC, a Texas-based company, along with six of its affiliate companies, filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Delaware on July 30th. True Health Diagnostics, LLC has NO association nor affiliation with True Health New Mexico, a New Mexico-based group health insurance provider. The Texas-based company’s bankruptcy filing and letters to patients and providers is causing confusion in New Mexico. New Mexico patients who have had diagnostic testing with True Health Diagnostics, LLC and referring physicians have been sent a letter sent by the Texas-based company True Health Diagnostics, LLC alerting them of their rights because of the bankruptcy. Those letters, which are required in a bankruptcy proceeding, have led to a flurry of concerned calls and emails to True Health New Mexico.
