On Monday, September 16, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham will present the 2019 Governor's Humanitarian Award to the City of Deming and Luna County for their remarkable public service in assisting asylum-seekers and immigrants this year. Award presentation is open to media, and media availability will follow.
