LAS CRUCES – The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) along with Mountain States Constructors, Inc. will begin a nighttime milling and paving project on Lohman Ave. over Interstate 25. The roadway improvement project on Lohman Avenue will span from S. Telshor Blvd. to Walton Blvd. 

Beginning Sunday night, August 1, drivers can expect nighttime closures from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. On/off ramps will be closed as needed as outside lanes are paved. If needed, law enforcement will be called to assist with the closure. Drivers cannot use the ramps once closed. This roadwork is expected to take two weeks to complete.
