An indictment was filed today in the First Judicial District Court in Santa Fe against Alexander Rae Baldwin regarding the ‘Rust’ movie set shooting. The indictment is attached. The new criminal case is D-101-CR-2024-00013, State v. Alexander (Alec) Rae Baldwin.
