William T. Young, 77, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Friday, June 27, 2014 at Silver City Care Center. 

He was born March 4, 1937 in Fierro, NM to Robert L. and Angelita Torres Young.  He proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy. 

He is survived by six sons, Ben Young of Deming; William T. “Billy” Young Jr. and wife Yvonne of Lordsburg; Guy Young of Hobbs; Apache Bill Young of Albuquerque; Danny Young of Santa Clara and Buddy Young and wife Francine of Santa Clara; two daughters, Laura Hernandez-Aragon of Highlands, CA; Millie Young Walker and husband Lee of Las Cruces; twenty grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; one brother, Tony Young of Apple Valley, CA; one sister, Priscilla Young Gonzales of Santa Clara. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers, Ramon, Robert, Alex and Sevriano; three sisters, Jesusita, Millie and Carmen. 

A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Friday, August 1 at 10am at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with Deacon Bill Holguin officiating.  Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
