Elizabeth Elee, 86, a resident of Deming, passed away in Silver City on November 25, 2014 at Silver City Care Center.

Cremation has been entrusted to Baca's Mimbres Crematory. Family will have a memorial service of their own at a later date.

Elizabeth was born August 13, 1928 in Karluk, Alaska to Karl and Lizzie Antonson. Elizabeth worked in earlier years as a chef in the school district. She moved to Deming nine years ago, coming from Lake Havasu, Arizona. She enjoyed being a home maker, as she loved her husband very dearly. Crocheting was one her of her passions as she also loved to dance and cook.

She is survived by her husband, Delton Elee; daughter Debra Nendel; sister, Helen(Larry) Shockley; two grandchildren Stacey and Kyle; two great–grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by sisters, Agnes and Anna and three brothers, Gust, Freddy and Harry.
