Lawerence Keith Owens, 23, a Silver City resident, went with the Lord, Monday, December 29, 2014.

Visitation will be held at 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon on Monday, January 5, 2015 at Baca's Funeral Chapels. Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 o'clock. Concluding services and interment will follow at Memory Lane Cemetery, Dr. Gilbert Arizaga officiating.

Lawerence was born July 30, 1991 in Silver City to Brian Keith and Audra Monica Owens. He was a 2009 Cliff High School graduate and was employed by Freeport McMoran. He enjoyed fishing, camping, watching movies, dancing, spending time with family and his dog, Gracie. He loved listening to the oldies and enjoyed dropping by the Elks Lodge where he was a member. He was kindhearted, respectful, very forgiving and loving. His hugs were genuine. He will be greatly missed but will remain in the hearts of all his loved ones and all that knew him.

He is survived by his parents; Brian and Monica Owens, his sister and best friend, Amanda Rhea Owens, his paternal grandparents, Marcus and Barbara Owens of Silver City, his maternal great grand Nana, Bessie C. Renteria of Lordsburg, his maternal grandparents, Lonnie and Helen Nolan of Silver City and a special friend that he considered his brother, Justin Roper. He is also survived by his Nino Benny Renteria of Lordsburg, his uncle and aunt, Kevin and Diane Owens, cousins Krystina and Bradyn Owens, Uncle Shane Owens, cousins Blaine and Audrey Owens, all of Gilbert, aunt Kim Owens and cousins Owen and Erryn Mcgrath of Plano, Niño Anthony Nolan (Marina) of Silver City and cousins Austin Nolan of Ft. Campbell and Ashlee Nolan of Silver City, as well as numerous great grand uncles, aunts and cousins.

Serving as pallbearers are Tyler James Seal, Benny Renteria, Justin Roper, Lonnie, Anthony and Austin Nolan. Honorary pallbearers are all his cousins.
