Steven DeLouis Luttrull passed away on Friday February 6, 2015.

Memorial service and scattering of his ashes will be at a later date. Cremation has been entrusted to Baca's Silver City Crematory.

He was born in Westridge, Arkansas on November 12, 1940. His mother was a fan of boxing and gave him the middle name of DeLouis in honor of her favorite boxers Joe Louis and Jack Dempsey. It was a favorite family story as most people assumed it was a family name.

He was an iron worker and welder most of his adult life and served in the Army in the late 50's and early 60's. He was very talented in restoring classic cars and was in fact consulting on a 54 classic truck restoration at the time of his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents Sie and Gladys Luttrull, two brothers Carl and Vernon Luttrull and a sister-in-law Melba Luttrull.

He is survived by his wife Kathleen Luttrull of Santa Clara, New Mexico, Sister and brother-in-law Rosie and Don Ellis of Arkansas, Brother and sister-in-law Clifton and Janie Fay Luttrull of Arkansas, Brother and sister-in-law Floyd and Linda Luttrull of Arkansas, Brother Danny Luttrull of Missouri. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
