Naomi Tasabia Kreitzer went to be with the Lord at her home in Silver City, New Mexico on Monday, February 23, 2015 at the age of 81 with family by her side. Naomi was born and raised in Douglas, Arizona. At the early age of nine, she began serving as the primary pianist for the Hispanic Presbyterian Church and Spanish Methodist churches in Douglas. Naomi graduated from Douglas High School and attended continuing education courses that facilitated her to work as co-owner of a jewelry store, worked in the hotel industry and was proprietor of one of the first female-owned secondhand stores in Silver City, Naomi's Second Hand Store. She was married to Joseph Carl Krietzer on May 9, 1966 in Douglas, Arizona. He preceeded her in death in 2011.

Naomi took great pride in the musical and educational accomplishments of the their daughter Kim and scholastic accomplishments of their son Rennie.

Naomi faithfully supported the ministry she shared with her husband in mulitiple churches located in Douglas, Arizona and Silver City, New Mexico for over a span of 30 years. She and her husband Joseph, together greatly enjoyed being church pastors, serving the Lord in any way possible, helping the needy, always welcoming to strangers and making new acquaintances when presented with the opportunity. They were known for their generosity and hospitality and loving nature to family, friends and strangers.

As a couple they enjoyed traveling, fishing, outdoor sports and cooking festive meals for holidays.

They were the proud parents of and survived by son Rennie Mariscal and daughter Kim Kreitzer Jensen. Naomi is survived by four grandchildren, Leonie Nicole Borrego, Monty Joe Chavez, Natalie Dee Jensen and Oniah Renee Jensen and one great grand-daughter, Delilah Nicole. Naomi was proud of the many talents of her precious grandchildren; two first cousins, Ester Ramirez of Silver City; Ramon Rios Jr. of Mesa, AZ. She is predeceased by her parents Refuguio L. Tasabia, Teofila C. Tasabia, brothers David and Ezequiel and infant sons Reuben Antonio and William Paul.

A Memorial and Celebration of Life service will be held at Mountain View of the Church of the Nazarene, 210 Mountain View Road, Silver City, New Mexico on February 28, 2015 at 2:00 pm, with Reverend Sharon Entrot officiating.
