Victoriano "Kiko" "Chalano" "Gordo" Rodriguez 74, a resident of Bayard, entered eternal rest Wednesday, February 25, at Mountain View Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces.

The Holy Rosary will be recited by Dr. Gilbert Arizaga Friday, March 6, 2015 at 10 o'clock in the morning at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 o'clock in the morning with Father Paulus Kao officiating.

He was born in Santa Rita, January 9, 1941. He worked for Phelps Dodge as a smelter mechanic, he also operated his own business where he was a mechanic, welder and repaired radiators. When he wasn't working he loved playing Bingo, watching all types of sports, and spending time with his grandkids.

He is survived by his wife Isabel Rodriguez, daughter Andrea Rodriguez, granddaughter Raelyn Munoz, grandson David Munoz, his brothers Ernesto Reyes (Eva), Richard Reyes (Irene), Susano Rodriguez (Ruth), brother-in-law Adrian Jauriqui (Elisa), son David Munoz Jr. and many nieces and nephews.

Honorary pall bearers are Ernesto Reyes, Adrian Jauriqui, David Munoz, Joe, Joseph and David Maez, Carlos Terrazas, Gino Romero, Jason Jaeger, Susano, John, Eugene and Mariano Rodriguez.

He is preceded in death by his mother Andrea Rodriguez, brothers David Rodriguez and Robert Reyes.
