Hermelinda Sifuentes 71 years old of Lordsburg, NM passed away on April 9, 2015 in Las Cruces, NM. Rosary will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic church in Lordsburg on Saturday April 18, 2015 at 10:00am. A funeral mass will follow at 3:00pm. A private burial will be held by the family.

Hermelinda was born in Durango, Mexico to Jesus Santana and Maria De Jesus. She is survived by a large loving family as follows:

Her children: Martin Daniel Santana, Jesus Andres Sifuentes and daughter Vanessa Rodriguez
Her siblings and their spouses Sanjuana Rojas Santana, Maria Luisa Santana Saenz (Felix Quinonez Sifuentes), Julia Santana Saenz (Guillermo Lopez Sifuentes), Olivia Huerta Santana (Epifanio Huerta Caballero), Maria Del Refugio Santana (Francisco Javier Valdez Rodriguez)

Her grandchildren Christopher Santana, Joel Rodriguez, Daviree Santana, Martin D Santana, Diego Grado, Angel R Sifuentes, Averel R Sifuentes, Jaylene Sifuentes, Jacob Rodriguez, Joshua Rodriguez, Jaylie Rodriguez and one great grandchild Divinity Dreams Santana.

Hermelinda was a very hard worker and a faithful friend. She loved to cook and clean. She always went out of her way to help anyone in need. She was a very strong person who always had a positive attitude and the most beautiful contagious laugh.
