CAROLE L. WOLLENZIER, 71, resident of Deming passed away Tuesday April 14, 2015 at Del Sol Medical Center in El Paso.

Visitation will be Monday morning, April 20, 2015 at 10 o'clock at Bethel Baptist Church where funeral services will begin at 11 o'clock with Rev. Leroy Lacy officiating. Concluding services and interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery.

Carole was born May 17, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio to William and Sadie Wollenzier. She grew up in Ohio and later moved to California in 1976. In California Carole was an Administrator at a long term healthcare facility in Whittier until her retirement. She later moved to Banning, California and in 2009 came to Deming to be near her sister. She loved doing puzzles, playing bingo and computer games, going to yard sales, and especially enjoyed the company of Tabby, her cat.

She is survived by her sister, Beverly Fiorentino (Charles) of Deming; brother, Reuben Wollenzier, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Robert Wooley, Dennis Strout, George Haycraft, Gerald Maston, Phil Hibner and Gerald Fiorentino. Honorary bearers are Fran Ruottinen, Chuck Fiorentino, and "Chuckie" Fiorentino.
