Beatrice Ortiz Alcorta 63, a Santa Clara resident passed away April 30, 2015 at Gila Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

The Holy Rosary will be recited at 6 o'clock in the evening Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Baca's Funeral Chapels.  Cremation entrusted to Baca's Funeral Chapels.

Beatrice was born August 26, 1951 in Santa Rita to Ramon and Lucy Ortiz. She loved spending time with her family.

She enjoyed listening to music, watching football, dancing, fishing, hunting and camping.  She loved to collect items of John Wayne and Betty Boop.

She is survived by her loving husband Gene Alcorta, her parents Lucy and Ramon Ortiz; her children; Berna Palmer (Randy), Gene Jr.  (Ashley) and Jacob (Selena), grandchildren; Daniel Chavez and his fiance Jasmine Castillo, Nicole Lopez (Jesse Lopez Jr), Brenda Alcorta and her fiancé Frankie Ramirez, Erik Alcorta, Brittany Alcorta, Mark Steyskal, Jacob J. Alcorta, Gabrail Alcorta, great-grandchildren; Jesse Lopez III and Ambrosia Lopez, Brothers; Arnold and Ramon (Kathy) Ortiz.

She is preceded in death by her daughter Francine Alcorta
