Belia B.Tarango, 79, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Silver City Care Center.

She was born February 13, 1936 in Mesa, AZ to Donaciano Carpio and Estefana Barraza. Belia worked for both Kennecott Copper Corp. and Gold Field Mining in AZ for many years as a truck driver.

She enjoyed dancing and loved to spend time with her dog Tiger. She is survived by one son, Dennis Velarde of St. Louis, MI; one brother, Don Carpio of Yuma, AZ; special friend and neighbor, Derral Beck of Silver City; special friend and caregiver, Mary Ellen Macias of Silver City, NM.

No service will be held at her request. Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
