Scott Allen Graves, 47, a resident of Santa Clara, NM entered eternal rest Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at Silver City Care Center.

He was born August 24, 1967 in Orange County, CA to Daniel and Marla Calkins Graves. Scott enjoyed being outdoors.

He loved to fish, hunt and to go camping; especially with his three boys. Scott also enjoyed making knives. Another of his favorite hobbies was doing his artwork, whether it be doing his art on his woodwork or drawing up new ideas for tattoos. All in all Scott was a talented artist.

He is survived by his father, Daniel Graves (Norma) of Show Low, AZ; his mother, Marla Graves (Frank Fleming) of Woodland Park, CO; three sons, Austin, Timothy and Luke Graves all of Silver City; two brothers, Frank "Ronnie" Graves and wife Jenn Ross of Silver City; Daniel Graves Jr. and fiancé Amanda Bates of Silver City; nieces and nephews, Kayla, Angie, Bryon, Vanessa, Gabriel and Warner; great nephew and niece, Zayden and Gemma.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frank and Dorothy Graves; grandmother, Evelyn Phillips; his maternal grandparents, Donald and Rosemary Calkins; mother-in-law, Graciella Alcorn; step-grandfather, Elmer Reese.

No service will be held at family's request. In lieu of flowers donations may be made at Terrazas Funeral Chapels. Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
