Enrique Telles Gonzales, 92, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Friday, July 31, 2015 at his residence.

He was born August 20, 1922 in Fierro, NM to Jesus Gonzales and Elisa Telles.

Mr. Gonzales served his country with the US Army and US Navy. He loved to shoot pool and play his guitar.

He is survived by two sisters, Frances Gonzales Perez of Silver City; Polly Polanco and husband Candido of Phoenix, AZ; nephews, Tony Perez of Denver, CO; Tim Perez and wife Barbara of Silver City; nieces, Teri Miller and husband Todd of Rowlett, TX; Tina Vasquez and husband Mark of Carolton, TX; great nephew, Zakary Robert Perez; great niece, Cierra Nicole Perez; sister-in-law, Agatha Gonzales; brothers-in-law, Jesus Alvarado and Felix Valenzuela; numerous other nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Jewels Gonzales; three brothers, Jose Gonzales, Jesus Gonzales Jr., Leo Gonzales; three sisters, Maria Gonzales, Cruz Alvarado and Cuca Valenzuela.

A Holy Rosary will be held Thursday, August 13 at 10:30am at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with Deacon Bill Holguin reciting. A Memorial Mass will follow at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church at 11:30am with Father Tony Basso officiating. Concluding services inurnment will follow with full military honors at Fort Bayard National Cemetery. Cremation has taken place at Terrazas Crematory.
