Erlinda "Linda" B. Jacquez, 63, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Friday, August 28, 2015 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born July 25, 1952 in Silver City, NM to Manuel Barragan and Ramona Peña. She is survived by her loving husband, Rodolfo "Rudy" Jacquez of the family home; two sons, Eric Jacquez and wife Naomi of Silver City; Tommy Jacquez and wife Regina of Silver City; seven grandchildren, Breanna, Jordan, Andrew, Cherica, Eric, Nathan and Lorenzo; one great grandson, Marcus; three brothers, Candelario Barragan and wife Jeanie of San Manuel, AZ; Manuel Barragan and wife Reyna of Silver City; Jimmy Barragan and wife Grace of Rio Rancho; four sisters, Rufina Chacon of Silver City; Delia Altamirano and husband Isidro of Silver City; Amalia Acosta and husband Dennis of Aurora, CO; Connie Parra and husband Danny of Silver City; brothers and sisters in-laws, Armando (Norma) of Silver City; Fidel (Dolores) of Las Vegas, NV; Priscilla Gomez of Silver City; Mary Ann Ortiz (Pete) of Silver City; Lupe Barragan of Silver City; Alicia Carrasco of Silver City and Delia Garcia of Silver City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Richard and David Barragan; brothers-in-law, Tony, Santiago, Bobby and Roland; sisters-in-law, Rita, Molly and Rachel. A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Friday, September 4 at 11:30am at St. Francis Newman Center with Father Tony Basso officiating. Concluding service inurnment will follow at Fort Bayard National Cemetery. Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
