Adrienne Renae Wilmes, 13, a resident of Hanover, NM went into the arms of our Lord on Monday, November 23, 2015 at her residence.

She was born September 20, 2002 in Silver City, NM to Travis Wilmes and April Jordan. She was a 7th grade student at Snell Middle School.

Adrienne was a kind and loving young lady. She would warm up any room with her smile and kindness. Adrienne was an animal lover and would take any opportunity to help, even something as small as a lizard.

She had a passion for writing, and had one of her stories published in a book (Literacy Alive Young Voices of Silver City & Beyond, 2015). She also loved drawing, and left quite a collection of beautiful artwork.

She is survived by her parents and one sister Megan Brinkman from the family home; paternal grandparents, Troy and Bunny Wilmes of Freeport, TX; maternal grandparents, Bill and Vicki Crossland of Faywood, NM; Gary and Judy Jordan of McKinney, TX; numerous uncles and aunts, Cody Wilmes, Tracie and Randy Arellano; Rexann and "Bo" Howard Dixon; Amber and Anthony Milo and Dana and Jason Elrod Billy Crossland, and Robert and Rosanna Crossland.

Visitation will be Monday, November 30 from 5-7pm at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with an Evening Celebration of Life Service to begin at 7pm. A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, December 1 at 10am at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with Andy Housley officiating.

Concluding service interment will follow at Memory Lane cemetery. Pallbearers will be Cody Wilmes, Randy Arellano, Anthony Milo, Chad Cathey, Harold Tharp, Billy Crossland, Robert Crossland, and Terry Nonnemacher.
