Carolyn Annette Cearley, 61, a resident of Gila, NM entered eternal rest on Monday, April 4, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her family.

She was born August 13, 1954 in Durango, CO to Adis Purvis and Ruby Pruitt.

She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years Dan Cearley of the family home; two sons, Michael Heath Cearly and wife Erzsi of San Antonio, TX; Damon Wayne Cearley and wife Jennifer of San Diego, CA; one daughter, Sawndi Mae Cearley of San Antonio, TX; two grandchildren, Dennis and Summer Cearley; sister-in-law, Ginger Fountain of Bloomfield, NM.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandchild, Samantha Annette Cearley; three brothers, Ramon and Doyle Purvis, Freddy Fountain; one sister, Barbara Decker.

A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday, April 9 at 11am at Gila Valley Baptist Church with Pastor Tar Henderson officiating. Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
