Elizabeth "Joey" P. Marquez, 60, a resident of Santa Clara, NM entered eternal rest Monday, April 25, 2016 at Gila Regional Medical Center.

She was born July 8, 1955 in Silver City, NM to Joe M. Parra and Martha Perez.

She is survived her loving husband Pete R. Marquez of the family home; two sons, Tommy Garcia and wife Rachel Tucson, AZ; Christopher Garcia and wife Courtney of of Springfield, MO; step-sons, Pete Joseph Marquez of Silver City; Armando Marquez of Silver City; one daughter, Jessica Garcia of Bayard; step-daughters, Rosela Avila of Silver City; Monica Lopez and husband David of Taylor, AZ; eleven grandchildren, Joshua, Noah, Zack and Nathaniel Garcia; Ashley Boker, Selena Marquez, Lorena Avila, Xiamara Marquez, Joseph Marquez, Ray and Michael Lopez; three great-grandchildren, Daidadrian, Easton and Rowen; three brothers, Ronnie, Tommy and Bob Parra all of Silver City.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be Monday, May 2 from 5-6pm at Terrazas Funeral Chapels. A funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 3 at 10am at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with Pastor Caleb Perez officiating. Concluding service interment will follow at Hanover cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Nolan Parra, Joseph Parra, Royce Parra, Ryan Parra, P.J. Marquez and Peter Alarid.
