Nellie O Garcia, 75 of Silver City, NM passed away August 4, 2016 at her residence.

Nellie was born in Santa Rita, NM to Manuel Munoz and Beatrice Ontiveros Hernandez.

Nellie enjoyed sewing, cooking, music, gardening and loved her roses. Nellie had a big heart and was kind hearted, generous and loved spending time with her family and friends and Nellie will be missed by all who loved her.

She is survived by her brother Lorenzo Candelaria, sons Steve (Sandra) Garcia, David Garcia (Terry Sanchez), Daniel (Loraine) Garcia, Ramon Chavira (Jessica Miller), grandchildren Steven, Kimberly, Stephanie, Trey, Samantha Rae, Aiden, Vanessa, Monique, Michael and many great grandchildren.

Nellie was preceded in death by her parents, by Brother Lario Candelaria, Daughters Debbie Garcia and Baby Nellie Garcia.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Vincent De Paul Catholic Church at 10:00 am on Friday August 12, 2016.
