Lula S.D. Lopez, 68, Deming resident passed away Thursday September 15, 2016 at her daughter's home.

Lula was born April 29, 1948 to Sofia Sandoval and Thomas Jefferson Dodds in Deming, NM.

She was a caregiver and a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church. Lula's pastimes were cooking, baking and being in the outdoors. She loved her family very much. Her favorite refreshment was Coca-Cola and over the years she developed quite a collection of Coca-Cola memorabilia. She also enjoyed singing and listening to Spanish music.

Survivors include 4 sons, Christopher Lopez, Selso M. Lopez Jr., P.T. Lopez all of Deming, Alex Monta+
