Juan Trujillo rsJuan "Little Johnny" Trujillo, 40, of Deming went to be with the Lord on Wednesday morning, September 21, 2016 at Mountain View Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces.

"Little Johnny" was born in Deming on April 17, 1976. He was an iron worker and also worked construction in the Copper Mines with titles such as: General Foreman and Rigger. He was a hard and dedicated worker who loved his work. He was very proud that he has done iron work in multiple states.

Johnny loved life and lived it to the fullest. Some of his favorite hobbies included working on his truck, shooting his pellet gun, going to the drag races, but above all, spending time with family and friends.

His personality was like no other with a sense of humor you can't forget which included giving everyone nicknames. He loved with his whole heart and always tried to lift others up. He was who he was and as he said "one of a kind".

He is survived by his mother, Christina "Lady" Trujillo of Deming; brother, Adam Trujillo, Valerie "Sister-in-law" Trujillo and niece, Naomi "Wyoming" Ramirez of Victorville, CA; sister, Reena Trujillo and niece and nephews, Joseph "Josey Wales" Pinon, Jillian "Jilly Willy" Pinon, John "John Lewie" Pinon, Jacob "Wake Up" Pinon, Javier "Javi Bear" Pinon and Jace "Shoelace" Pinon of Deming; niece and nephew, Ayla "Bean" Speer and Adrian "Dukie" Garcia of Deming; grandmas', Emelia Mendoza and Stella Trujillo both of Deming. He was loved by Ariana "Ari" Araiza; aunt, Wilma Mendoza and her children, Julian Baeza, Carmen Gallegos, Linda Baeza and their families; cousins, Adrienne Mendoza, Serah Mendoza, "Lil Ruben" Mendoza, "Chanteli Lace" Esparza and their families; aunt Versa Salaiz, uncle, Eloy Salaiz and their children, Jr. and Racheal; aunt Pancha Sivley and her children, Toni, Lisa, Joey, Buzzy and their families; uncle Bobby Trujillo, aunt Rosalie and their children, Steph, Sarah and Lil Bobby; cousin Jeannie Trujillo and her children, Maili, Angel, Anthony and his God-children, Paul John "Buggy" and Abbie Rayne; God-child Art "Muskie" Grado III. His kind and loving friend Ruben "Cucu Nut" Lujan and his faithful protector, Keyno. Many more extended family that he loved so much.

He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Trujillo Jr., sister, Stephanie Mendoza, grandpa Mendoza, grandpa Trujillo, uncle Ruben "Pork" Mendoza and many other beloved family members.

Visitation will begin at 5 o'clock in the afternoon Tuesday September 27, 2016 at Baca's Funeral Chapel with a rosary to follow at 6 o'clock led by Aunt Romie Rodriguez. Mass of the Christian Burial will take place at 10 o'clock Wednesday September 28, 2016 at Saint Ann's Catholic Church with Father Manuel F. Ibarra, officiating. Concluding services and interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Adam Trujllo, Julian Baeza, Joe Pinon, Joseph Pinon, Art Grado, Fito Grado and Paul Palomarez. Honorary pallbearers are P.T. Lopez and Ruben Lujan.
