Bardo Benjamin Lerma Prieto, 42, of Palomas, Mexico resident passed away Tuesday October 4, 2016 at his home.

Bardo was born in Palomas, Chihuahua, Mexico to Maria de la Luz Prieto Gamboa and Benjamin Lerma Gonzalez on May 26, 1974. He spent most his life in Palomas. He was of the Catholic faith and graduated from Deming High School.

He is survived by mother, Maria de la Luz Prieto Gamboa, Palomas; son, Bardo Lerma and daughter, Paulina Lerma from El Paso; 1 brother, Benjamin Gerardo Lerma; 4 sisters, Silvia Lerma, Particia Alvillar Lerma, Yesenia Lerma Lerma and Jazmin Gutierrez Lerma; 1 granddaughter, Avery Nichole Natera and many more extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Benjamin Lerma Gonzalez.

Services scheduled are as follow: Visitation Wednesday October 5, 2016 at Velatorio of Puerto Palomas. Mass of the Christian Burial is scheduled for 3 o'clock in the afternoon Thursday October 6, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Concluding services and interment to follow at The Municipal Cemetery. Father Humberto Coyotl, Pastor, officiating.
