Richard A. Houck, 73, of Silver City passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at Las Palomas Nursing Home in Albuquerque, NM.

Richard was born on April 6, 1943 to Clifford Houck and Kathleen Jones in San Antonio, Texas. He was a Mason in the Lodge #8.

Richard is survived by his wife, Pamela; daughter, Kimberly Lund; step-daughter, Melinda Franklin (Bob) and step-son Scott Timothy Wren (Susan); step-grandchildren, Christopher and Analin Wren, Stephanie Lund, Ashley and Matthew Rubio.

Cremation has been entrusted to Baca's Silver City Crematory. Inurnment will take place at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas at a later date.
