Thelma Jean Booth, 56, a resident of Bayard, NM entered eternal rest Saturday, January 28, 2017 at her residence.

She was born January 31, 1960 in Truth or Consequences, NM to Karl Wilson and Grace E. Weldy.

She is survived by her companion Lowell West of Bayard; four sons, Harold Weatherford of Lakeland, FL; Leslie Dean Weatherford Jr., of Lakeland, FL; James Booth of Arenas Valley; John Booth of Bayard; three daughters, Pamela Hebner of Arenas Valley; Brenda Saffell of Silver City; Lisa Brewer of Hurley; fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Carl Nard of Albuquerque; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandchildren, Brandon Saffell, Bridget Saffell and Faith Hope Weatherford; two brothers, Robert, and David Bailey; one sister, Daisy Nard.

Visitation will be Friday, February 10 from 12-1pm at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with the Funeral Service to commence at 3pm with Pastor Jody Egan officiating. Concluding service interment will follow at Booth-West Family cemetery on 138 Racetrack Rd. Arenas Valley, NM.
