Myla Patricia Allen Probst, 95, of Silver City, NM passed away Friday, February 17, 2017 at Sunset Vista Assisted Living.

Myla was born in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married her husband in 1963, in Tucson, Arizona.

Myla was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for many years.

She enjoyed doing crafts, reading, very organized individual, and loved to bake, she made large cookies for her friends. She had a summer home in Colorado where she enjoyed going.

Her siblings are Julia Anne Hoffman, Frances Mary Stephenson, Afton Louise Allen, Grant Rhodes Allen, Ralph Frank Allen, and Ina Ruth Middlemiss, step daughters Nola Joy Greer, Marilyn Rozman (Nolan's daughters by marriage to Bertha Grayce Melton Probst), three granddaughters, one great granddaughter and two great grandsons.

She was preceeded in death by her parents Frank Rhodes Allen and her mother Delavon Childs Allen, her husband Nolan Probst.

A Graveside Service is scheduled for Friday, February 24, 2017 at Gunnison Cemetery in Gunnison, Colorado.
