Victoria Ramirez de Acosta, 78, Deming resident passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at her daughter's home surrounded by family.

Victoria was born December 23, 1938 to Rafaela Perez and Alexandro Ramirez in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico. She was a homemaker and a communicant of the Catholic Church.

She is survived by son, Alberto Acosta and wife Reyna of Oklahoma; daughters, Angela Miranda, Isabel Martinez, Concha Soto, Aida Delgado of Deming, Adelina Corral of Phoenix, Elisa Acosta of Oklahoma; brothers, Jose Ramirez, Reynaldo Ramirez and Cruz Ramirez of Deming; sisters, Rita Renteria and Manuela Acosta of Deming; 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by husband, Santos Acosta, son, David and grandson, Juan Carlos Miranda.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 20, 2017 from 4 to 6 with a rosary to follow at Baca's Funeral Chapel led by Martha Salcido. Mass of the Christian Burial will be Friday morning at 10 o'clock at Holy Family Catholic Church. Concluding services and interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery with Father Ronald Machado officiating.
