James Hinton Graves Jr., 86, a resident of Centennial, CO entered eternal rest Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Parker Hospital in Parker, CO.

He was born July 10, 1931 in Baltimore, Maryland to James H. Graves Sr. and Ellen Keogh Graves.

He is survived by two daughters, Patricia "Patty" Graves of Silver City; Irene G. Smith and husband Grey of Centennial, CO; six grandchildren, Richard and Michael Soto, James B. Graves, Ellen Graves, Gary Graves, and McCaina Harker; three sisters, Barbara Glaser, Elizabeth Backfield, and Martha Moore.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Patricia Graves; two sons, James and Raymond Graves; one brother, Joseph K. Graves.

The holy rosary will be Tuesday, July 18 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Ciprian, OSB reciting. The funeral service will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with Rev. Fr. Ciprian, OSB officiating. Concluding services an interment will follow at St. Vincent cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Greg Smith, Richard Soto, James Brannon Graves, and Monestary Brothers.
