Michael Bright, 51, of Paris, Texas, passed away Sunday, Sept. 10, from complications of cancer.

Michael was born in Pomona, Calif., on May 29, 1966. He graduated from Prairieland High School in 1984 and attended Paris Junior College and North Texas State University.

He is survived by his father, Harry Bright (Frances) of Silver City; his mother, Nancy Renfro of Paris; and his sister, Cherie Floyd (Austin) of Portage, Mich.

There will be a Graveside Service for Michael at the Mesa Cemetery in Gila at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 15.
