Jesus M. Rodriguez, 49, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Thursday, November 9, 2017 at his residence.

He was born January 9, 1968 in Silver City, NM to Jose M. Rodriguez and Martha Hernandez.

Everyone who knew Jesse (Chuy) knew how much he loved his kids, family, his special delicious cooking (tamales, menudo, and Barbacobas). He also loved to hunt, fish, and cutting wood with his buddies.

He is survived by one son, Andres Rodriguez of Silver City; step-son, Lawrence Mazon of Albuquerque; his older brother, Joe Rodriguez companion Loretta Lara of Silver City; two sisters, Martha Noel (Greg) of Las Cruces, NM and their two boys Deklin and Colin Noel; Maria Valdez (Carlos) of Silver City; nephews, Deklin and Colin Noel.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Margaret "Margie" Rodriguez (2015); his daughter, Juliette Rodriguez (2014).

May he rest in peace and never be forgotten.

The Holy Rosary will be recited on Saturday, November 18 at 9:30 a.m. at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with Deacon Bill Holguin. The Memorial Mass will follow at 11 a.m. at St. Francis Newman Center with Father Jarek Nowacki officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family will be accepting donations for his son Andres Rodriguez's needs and expenses.

Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
