Harold Wayne Welburn 89 of Gila, New Mexico passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at his residence. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Gila, NM at 10:00 am. Mr. Welburn will lie-in-state at the church from 9:00am to 10:00am. Bishop Esker Mayberry will be officiating. Interment will follow at the Mesa Cemetery in Gila, NM.
