Humberto "Beto" Manuel Marquez, 36, a resident of Las Cruces, NM formerly of Silver City entered eternal rest Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Mt. View Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM.

He was born April 10, 1981 in Albuquerque to Mauro Marquez and Guadalupe Turrieta Marquez.

He is survived by his father, Mauro Marquez of Silver City; four sisters, Cassandra Madrid (Abel) of Silver City; Jessica Marquez (Isidro) of Belen; Socorro Marquez of Silver City; Suzanne Marquez and companion Jacob Melendrez of Las Cruces. He is also survived by three nieces, Myrka, Carolina, and Jazmine; three nephews, Abel, Rogelio, and Alberto.

He is preceded in death by his mother Guadalupe T. Marquez.

Visitation will be Friday, January 19 from 9-9:30 am at Our Lady of Fatima Church with the holy rosary to commence at 9:30 am with Carmen Terrazas reciting. The funeral mass will follow at 10 am with Father Abraham Soliz officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Castillo, Mark Morales, Sam Ruelas, Sam Sierra, Nathan Martinez, Jacob Melendrez, Josh and Lawrence Turrieta, George and Steven Trujillo.
Cremation will follow at Terrazas Crematory.
