adeline miller rsAdeline Gene Reid was brought into to this world by her Lord on July 31, 1922 to be shared with her father, Simpson George Reid and her mother, Roberta Gene Jobson Reid in Camp Wood Texas. The Lord took her to the final home from Sunshine Haven in Lordsburg, NM on March 8, 2018.

Adeline married William C. Miller Sr. On July 30, 1938 in Douglas, AZ.

Adeline was appointed Postmaster June 1957 and served the Rodeo community until October 1979. During this time the railroad ceased to operate which provided the water for the community. Adeline went to work and started Rodeo Water Users Association which continues to serve water for the community.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Miller Sr. on November 10, 2002, her son, Robert J. Miller February 12, 1962, by her sisters, Gertrude, Marjory, and brother, John.

She is survived by one son, William C. Miller Jr, and his wife Carrol, one grandson William C. Miller III and one granddaughter Amanda F. Miller.

Adeline spent eighty years of her life on the ranch which was a good life for her as she really enjoyed this life. Bill and Adeline traveled over most of the world. They were finally joined March 8, 2018 which she has been praying for since his passing.
