John "Jim" James Brown, 73, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Sunday, March 25, 2018 at his residence.

He was born March 21, 1945 in Ogallala, Nebraska to John Brown, Sr. and Grace Yocum.

He is survived by his loving wife Robin S. Brown of the family home; two sons, A. James Brown and wife Liz of Aurora, CO and Nathan JB Holdorf and wife Ingrid Brown of Richmond, VA; two daughters, Stacey L Abbott and husband Roy of Salida, CO and Jodi De Brae and husband Scott of Great Falls, Montana; three grandchildren, Chase, Ashlin and Krissy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, June Flores and Judy Bowers.

No services will take place at this time. Cremation has taken place at Terrazas Crematory in Santa Clara.
