Miguel L. Reza, 88, a resident of Lordsburg, NM entered eternal rest Friday, June 8, 2018 at Mt. View Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM.

He was born June 27, 1929 in Mexico.

Sgt. Reza proudly served his country with the U.S. Army.

He is survived by one son, Estevan Reza of Houston, TX; three grandchildren, Samantha Quintana, Patricia Reza, and Veronica Reza; seven great-grandchildren, Sara, Jojo, Arabella, Jesus, Bentley, and Chantel; one sister, Maria Reza of Anthony TX.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Esther O. Reza, a son, Johnny Reza; his daughter, Dalia Reyes; one brother, Eliseo Reza; two sisters, Guadalupe and Luz Reza.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 13 at 9:30-10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the holy rosary to begin at 10 a.m. The funeral mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. with Father Jude Okonkwo officiating. Concluding service and interment will follow with full military honors at Shakespeare cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Alvino Quintana, Alfredo Ramirez, Edward Gonzalez, Estevan Ramirez, Mark Duran, and Misael Quezada.
