jacobs 01Jalanda Jo Jacobs, 36, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Saturday, May 23, 2020 at her residence. She was born April 22, 1984 in Austin, TX to Joseph Anthony Jacobs and Jalanda Harp Jacobs. She spent much of her childhood fishing and camping in the Gila with her family. She had a close relationship with her parents and siblings. She enjoyed music, fashion, and spending time with her family. Jalanda was the most beautiful person inside and out. Anyone who has met her, remembers her. She had a boisterous personality and could make anyone's day. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She spent much of her time laughing, a laugh that will be truly missed. Being out in the forest in God's creation is something she loved.

Her daughters (J,K, & A) were her whole world and made her so proud. She would spend hours telling you about her girls, and her dogs. God and her family meant more to her than anything. To say that she will be missed is a gross understatement. She is survived by her father, Joseph "Joe" A. Jacobs and her mother, Jalanda Jacobs Connors; Her companion, Valentine Chude; Her reason for living, her three daughters, Jadaa Jacobs of Silver City, Kaija Robbs of CA, and Ayanna Robbs of CA; Her siblings, who she had wonderful memories with; brother, Joseph Jacobs and wife Joann; two sisters, Tanya Jacobs and husband Rob of CA; Jasaia Johnson and husband Seth of Silver City; her nieces and nephews who she took so much pride in; nieces, Alyssa, Joanna, and Isabella; nephews, Clayton, Juwan, Jalen, Seth, and Tristan. "In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place, no one else will ever fill".
